Nobody to watch over who enters DCH maternity ward

A day after a newborn was kidnapped from ESI Hospital in Sector 24, a visit by TOI to the Sector 39 District Combined Hospital (DCH) on Thursday showed that it's easy to walk into the hospital's maternity ward on the third floor. This despite 86 CCTV cameras installed in the building and 25 security guards working in two shifts at DCH.
